This project was done completely remotely. The author and I communicated by telephone and e-mail and passed documents back and forth over a secure file server. This was completed using an early version of PageMaker and, I think, Word, version 1…and I remember struggling with all the screenshots in the text…getting the text to wrap correctly. But it all worked out well in the end.
